CMP Activity-Crossword Puzzle

On day 1 of school year, in addition to doing a little bit of getting to know you, I sometimes take the students to the computer lab and have them fill out a Google form.

I also have to go over the Classroom Management Plan. It's been a pretty boring part of the lesson.  This year, I am trying to incorporate post-it notes activity along with a crossword puzzle. The post-it notes activity get the kids thinking, writing, and moving. The crossword puzzle gets new students to search through different parts of the CMP (and hopefully reading most of them), and help continuing students refresh their memories about the CMP content.

I used ReadWriteThink.org's tool to make this crossword puzzle, but there are many tools you can use to create your own, such as Hot Potato.
